Shop Kowalski’s Markets
Kowalski’s Markets are a local, family owned business that truly believes in giving back to the community. One of their many fundraising programs is called “Groceries for Good Causes”. This program allows you to give to your favorite local charity by doing what you may already do, shop at Kowalski’s. As you exit your favorite Kowalski’s Market look for the “Groceries for Good Causes” bins and all you have to do is put your receipt in the charity bin of your choice! The amount donated is not based on the amount you spend, but rather the amount of receipts received.
Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless is proud to be a recipient at four area markets until October 1st, 2009. Look for our bin at White Bear Lake Market, Grand Avenue Market, Eagan Market, and Parkview Market. We would like to thank Kowalski’s Market for such a wonderful program — which has raised over a quarter of a million dollars for local charities!
