Julie Burkhardt
Julie was first introduced to Open Your Heart to the Hungry and Homeless through a workplace giving campaign and has since sought to expand her role in making a difference. She is energized to be part of a group working hard to help people most in need across the state. Julie’s background is in information technology management. She earned her undergraduate degree from Winona State University and her MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
