Partners for Affordable Housing, Mankato, $9,473 to replace windows to ensure safety and save energy for the transitional housing program.

Damiano of Duluth, Inc., Duluth, $10,000 for roof repairs to the building for the on-site feeding program.

Tubman, Minneapolis, $10,000 for flooring for the transitional housing facility.

Central Minnesota Task Force on Battered Women / Anna Marie’s Alliance, St. Cloud, $5,800 to replace two swinging glass doors in dining area of the emergency shelter.

Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans, St. Paul, $10,000 towards purchase and installation of replacement windows in one of our transitional homes in Minneapolis.

Intercongregation Communities Association, Minnetonka, $2,475 to purchase a freezer and refrigerator for the food shelf.

The Bridge for Youth, Minneapolis, $9,997 to purchase, deliver and install laundry equipment (one commercial washer and two dryers) for use in the emergency shelter.

Hunger Solutions Minnesota, St. Paul, $100,000 to be distributed to food shelves across the state and $100,000 to support the statewide acquisition of fresh produce and protein items for the six Feeding America food banks serving Minnesota.

Faith United Methodist Church / Harbor House Crisis Shelters, Superior, $7,500 for repairs for the shelter building and windows.

Metro-Wide Engagement on Shelter and Housing, Minneapolis, $10,000 to provide scholarship support to housing/homeless provider staff and volunteers to participate in Homelessness 101 & 201 workshops.

Safe Haven Shelter for Youth, Shakopee, $9,561 for repairs throughout the transitional housing units including: repairing broken windows and woodwork, replacing ceilings and screen doors, fixing tub/plumbing leaks, and purchasing space heaters and carbon monoxide detectors.

Listening House of St. Paul, St. Paul, $2,400 to purchase materials for a reception desk and two computers for guest use in job search and educational purposes.

Clear Waters Life Center, Clearbrook, $10,000 to remodel a classroom space into an efficiency apartment.

People Incorporated, St. Paul, $10,000 to purchase survival gear including two-person tents, blankets, sleeping bags, socks, boots, backpacks and other basic gear for unsheltered homeless adults with mental illness living in the Twin Cities.

Avenues for Homeless Youth, Minneapolis, $10,000 to replace at least 18 windows in the bedrooms and common areas that are unsafe and/or inoperable.

Young Women’s Christian Association of St. Paul (YWCA), St. Paul, $10,000 for the purchase and installation of a camera surveillance security system for a transitional housing program site.

360 Communities, Burnsville, $9,534 to purchase a freezer, exterior doors, lighting and telephone system for the hearing impaired.

Community Café, Inc., Grand Rapids, $5,099 to purchase equipment including a commercial refrigerator, commercial grade steam table and kitchen equipment such as pots and pans.

The Salvation Army / Harbor Light Center, Minneapolis, $10,000 to purchase furniture for 10 apartments that are part of the transitional housing program for veterans of the US military.

Helping Hands Emergency Service, Mahnomen, $10,000 to replace the roof on the food shelf.

Family Housing Fund / East Metro Project Homeless Connect, St. Paul, $7,500 for emergency housing assistance such as: damage deposits; application fees; first and last month’s rent; basic dental care and dentures, State Identification cards, birth certificates, co-pays for eyeglasses, and bus tokens so individuals can attend follow up appointments.

Winona Volunteer Services, Winona, $8,704 to purchase 15 additional shopping carts, 12 chrome shelving units, 1 stock cart, 19 strip lighting fixtures, 1 door “window” treatment and 10 aprons.

Asian Media Access / Ramen Ya, Minneapolis, $10,000 to replace the current decaying roof and to upgrade the poor lighting conditions.

Milaca Area Pantry, Milaca, $4,000 to replace old wiring, replacing obsolete lighting fixtures, add new meter, add 200 A service, add more outlets, add 3-way switches and install breaker box.

The Emergency Foodshelf Network, New Hope, $10,000 toward the overall purchase price of a refrigerated 26-foot truck.

Sharing and Caring Hands, Minneapolis, $7,500 to replace beds, mattresses and couch cushions that have become infested with bed bugs.

Ascension Place, Minneapolis, $5,000 to repair gutters that have been leaking onto the front exterior lighting.

Dakota Woodlands, Eagan, $9,483 for a new water heater and two-door freezer.

Aeon, Minneapolis, $10,000 to purchase furniture for homeless individuals moving into Aeon’s newly expanded permanent supportive housing property.

Waseca Area Neighborhood Service Center, Waseca, $10,000 to replace 2 exterior steel doors to the food shelf building with a 3 foot wide emergency exit steel door and a commercial 6 ft door and ramp.

Building Blocks of Islam, Minneapolis, $8,900 to purchase a refrigerator, freezer, shelving, storage containers and other miscellaneous equipment required to operate food shelf and to meet Second Harvest Heartland standards as an Agency Partner.

The Salvation Army, Austin, $9,607 to purchase three upright freezers and a meat slicer for our food programs.

RESOURCE, Minneapolis, $8,120 to replace old gas stoves with new electric stoves in the transitional housing apartments.

Families Moving Forward, Minneapolis, $7,200 for furniture and 2 computers for homeless families using the emergency shelter.

Churches United in Ministry, Duluth, $9,689 to replace external food shelf door, purchase 5 sets of bunk beds and 18 mattresses, and install a non-skid floor in the Drop-In Center/Emergency Shelter.
